Materials included in the Preliminary Session #1 packet include the following two attachments:
1. 2024 Budget Request Summary, containing initial City Manager yes/no/maybe funding decisions. This summary is being provided as a preview at this time and will be reviewed and discussed in greater detail during the Preliminary Session #2 on 8/14/23.
2. Capital Project Follow-up List, containing details regarding active capital projects and the current status of these projects.
