Recognition of service: Business Advisory Committee and Citizen Advisory Committee
Body
The Business and Citizen Advisory Committees were formed in August of 2011. As a result of the support and guidance of the members of these advisory committees, the Economic Development team has been able to accomplish great things, including: formation of the Workforce Development Taskforce and implementation of a community job fair; and, formation of the Business Retention Taskforce, increasing contact with Commerce City businesses and expanding access to business resources through the Business Resource Fair.
