Summary and Background Information:
The subject property is approximately 20.23 acres and is zoned I-1, the city's light industrial zone district. The applicant, UPS Ground Freight, is requesting a final plat to subdivide the property into 2 legal and conforming lots. A conditional use permit (CU-111-15) is being requested concurrently for Lot 1 of the proposed final plat for the expansion of an existing transportation terminal.
