The applicant is requesting to annex the subject property into Commerce City. The property is currently within unincorporated Adams County and has a county zoning designation of A-3. Along with the request to annex the subject property, there is a request by the applicant to subdivide the existing parcel into 2 lots and zone the newly annexed land to Commerce City AG (north lot) and R-1 (south lot). At this time, the applicant is proceeding with the property annexation and the concurrent subdivision (S-613-14) and zoning cases (Z-909-14).
