Summary and Background Information:
At a previous City Council meeting there was a request to amend the unauthorized urban camping ban code section to remove the language that requires that a shelter option be offered by the City before prior to the issuance of a citation or arrest of the person asked to relocate. The attached ordinance will delete sections 12-3012 (c) (2) and (3).
