Summary & Background
City Council has expressed an interest in formally adopting an ethics code that will be codified in the Commerce City Revised Municipal Code. The City Attorney’s Office has drafted an ordinance and ethics code. Before placing the ethics code on a Council agenda, however, Council input is needed in order to finalize the ethics code.
