Summary and Background Information:
Staff will present a proposed plan for 2024 events and town hall meetings encouraging engagement between community members, City Council, and staff leadership. These events allow community members to ask questions, share perspectives, and address concerns about city happenings. Staff is seeking guidance from council about the format and scheduling of meetings to best meet community needs and encourage public participation.
